ipscoper is a free IP toolkit built for cross-border e-commerce sellers and overseas social media operators. It offers three tools — IP lookup, browser environment check, and network latency testing — to help you understand an IP's network type, purity, and potential risk before you put it to use.
Our focus is deliberately narrow: we're not trying to be a do-everything IP tool. We're built around one question — is this IP suitable for a specific use case, like running TikTok accounts, an independent store, or ad campaigns? That's why the IP lookup results include scenario-based suitability guidance instead of just handing you a wall of technical fields to decode on your own.
Who we are
ipscoper is built and maintained by a team with hands-on experience running cross-border e-commerce and overseas social media operations. A lot of the logic behind the tools comes directly from real operational experience with IP-related account risk issues.
How the risk score works
The "risk score" shown in our IP lookup tool is currently a heuristic estimate based on ASN and ISP name pattern matching — not the output of a licensed fraud-detection database. We think being upfront about that is more useful than presenting a precise-looking number without explaining where it comes from.
